Black Ops 3 Game Settings Update 52.5.26.7.0 Details

In case you didn’t take notice, another new game settings update (basically a small hotfix) was applied to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 today. This update went live midday on Thursday, March 10th for both the Playstation 4 and Xbox One platforms.

There weren’t a lot of changes made, but a few things were altered a tad. David Vonderhaar took to Twitter to let everyone know what was going on.

According to him, the following changes were applied:

  • MR6 Max Fire Rated Reduced
  • Various Bug Fixes for Ante Up perk, the robot in the Safeguard game mode, odd issues with players going prone, and hiccups with weapon pick-ups
  • Margwa aggro fix, DG-4 bugs, and duplicate upgraded bows all fixed in Zombies mode

The biggest takeaway from all this, of course, is the MR6 nerf. It seems the Treyarch development team finally realized that, hey, a semi-auto pistol shouldn’t really be able to outgun a fully automatic SMG so easily, huh?
