Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Trailer Unveiled

After weeks of unsubstantiated leaks, odd discoveries, and a whole lot of speculation, Infinity Ward finally unleashed an official reveal trailer for their upcoming game, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Prior to its release there was an elaborate teaser involving a spaceship flying into Nuk3town on Black Ops 3, an audio clip played on the same map, images on Instagram / Snapchat, and even a scripted chat-bot on Facebook messenger.

It was quite the spectacle, but today topped it all with the unveiling of the official reveal trailer. As is tradition, the developers held back any details about multiplayer, but gave us a short, intriguing look into the game’s campaign mode.

Here’s the full trailer:

The trailer featured lots of action, explosions, and some brief dialogue that hinted at the game’s storyline focus – a group known as the Settlement Defense Front (SDF) has staged a full-on attack on the world and we are in an all-out war with them.

This short video also officially confirmed that a remastered version of the original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (CoD 4) will be bundled with the Legacy edition of Infinite Warfare. This edition of the game is priced at $79.99 and includes the base Infinite Warfare game and MW remastered.

The remastered CoD 4 features the full, original campaign as well as 10 multiplayer maps. Details about which maps actually made the cut have not been revealed just yet.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released on November 4th, 2016 for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC. DLC for the game will be available first on the PS4, then on the Xbone and PC 30 days later.
