Treyarch Releases Der Eisendrache Trailer for Black Ops 3 Awakening DLC

New multiplayer maps aren’t all that Awakening, the first DLC pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, has to offer. In addition to that, there’s also a brand new zombies map called Der Eisendrache. Today, Treyarch dropped an official trailer for the latest zombies installment.

This is the official description provided for the map: “Origins characters Richtofen, Nikolai, Takeo, and Dempsey embark on a suicide mission to an enemy research facility built upon an archaic site of unspeakable horror. Massive deposits of Element 115 have recently been discovered, delivering inspired new gameplay and — in Zombies tradition — a variety of plot twists and surprises to discover at every turn.”

The Awakening DLC, which also includes three brand new multiplayer maps plus Skyjacked (a remake of Hijacked from Black Ops 2), will be available on the PS4 first on February 2nd, 2016. Official dates have not been announced for other platforms, but it’s assumed that the content will be available for the Xbox One and PC around March 2nd. This content pack will NOT be released for Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 consoles.

Awakening is available for free to all Black Ops 3 Season Pass holders. If purchased separately, the pack will set you back $14.99. It’s currently available for pre-order on the PSN Store and the Xbox Live Marketplace (current generation consoles only).
